    Interest driven, week long day camps that feature many full-day field trips heavily focused on a central topic, theme, or interest. Children will receive some free time and off-topic recreation but the primary theme of the camp will be consistent throughout the week.  Please register your child for TREKS that your child is truly interested in or passionate about. TREKS run from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm but late pick up (until 6:00 pm) is included at no extra charge.

     

    6/17/20 – 6/19/20  Maker Creator (Currently in grades 2 and up) $175/$165 sib

    This week we will make, create, and share! We will meet crafters of all kinds at various workshops and businesses in Burlington and learn their process of making their awesome products ranging from lamps to chocolate. Campers will be encouraged to think creatively, create wildly, and learn that their ability to create is limitless!  Field trips to Burton factory, The Generator and Conant Metal and Light.

     

    6/22/20 – 6/26/20 Reach the Peak Week (Currently in grades 2 and up) 

    This week we will climb mountains, get our hands dirty, make new friends, and have an all around BLAST. Hikers will learn how to navigate in the woods, how to properly pack for adventures, and how to pace themselves to have a successful hike.  Trips: Stowe, Philo, Metro Rock, Lake Elmore, Waterbury Reservoir

     

    6/29/20 - 7/2/20 (Closed July 3rd) ILOVERMONT (Currently in grades 2 and up)  $210/$200 sib

    This week we will explore the wonders of our state. We will visit famous spots like the Ben and Jerry's Factory and Shelburne Museum, as well as beautiful natural areas like Mt Philo and Waterbury Reservoir. We are so lucky to live in such an incredible area, and this week we plan to savor as much as possible! Trips: Berry picking, Shelburne Museum, Burlington Waterfront, Hiking, Waterbury Reservoir

     

    7/6/20 – 7/10/20 Grow, Cook, EAT! (Currently in grades 2 and up)

    This week we will explore the wonders of FOOD; how it's made or grown, prepared, and eaten! We will visit farms, restaurants, and learn how to make yummy meals and treats. It's going to be a DELICIOUS week and we can't wait to spend it with you!  Trips: Mazza's, Shelburne Farms, Burlington food tour, and Waterbury Reservoir

     

    7/13/20 – 7/17/20 Active Adventure Camp (Currently in grades 2 and up)

    This week we will stay super active and go on some really exciting adventures! These adventures will include explorations of awesome Vermont places, like Elmore State Park, the Burlington Community Sailing Center, and the UVM Ropes Course.  Trips: UVM Ropes Course, Burlington Sailing Center, Elmore State PArk, Waterbury Reservoir, Ben and Jerry's

     

    7/20/20 – 7/24/20 Animals and Nature (Currently in grades 2 and up)

    This week we will have a ton of fun meeting animal friends, exploring nature, and learning how these two topics create this world in which we live. Each day we will focus on a group of animals and an element of nature that relates to the daily field trip.  Trips: Shelburne Farms, Llama hike, Shelburne Bay scavenger hunt, Audubon

     

    7/27/20 – 7/31/20 Artful Antics (Currently in grades 2 and up) 

    This week we will adventure to beautiful places like Red Rocks and Shelburne Farms, as well as learn from professionals at the Shelburne Craft School and ONE Arts Center. Campers can expect to practice with many different media like watercolor paints, clay, graphite, and photography. We can't wait to create with you!  Trips: Red Rocks, ONE, Shelburne Farms, Shelburne Craft School, and more

     

    8/3/20 – 8/7/20  Water World (Currently in grades 2 and up)

    This week we will adventure to some of the most beautiful state parks in Vermont. We will swim, explore nature, and most importantly savor summer time with some old and new friends. Trips: Grand Isle State Park, Lake Elmore, Waterbury Reservoir, Button Bay, Alburg Dunes

    Similar to other TREK experiences, but the TRIP TREKS are designed for our oldest kids and feature full day field trips (with little or no at school time). 

     

    6/17/20 – 6/19/20 Ropes and Rocks - (Currently in grades 4 and up) $175/$165 sib

    Hike, climb, and scramble your way to the top!  Campers will put their climbing skills to the test at Petra Cliffs, UVM Ropes Course, and Arbor TREK

     

    6/22/20 – 6/26/20 Intro to Hiking Week  (Currently in grades 4 and up)

    Lace up your hiking shoes and prepare to tackle five classic Vermont peaks .  Red Rocks, Colchester Pond, Audubon, Mt. Philo, and Snake Mountain.  Nothing says “Summer in Vermont” like a day hike with good friends!

     

    6/29/20 - 7/2/20 NO TRIP TREK THIS WEEK

     

    7/6/20 – 7/10/20 Beach Week - (Currently in grades 4 and up)

    Five days of glorious field trips to some of the most glorious bodies of water in Vermont including Oakledge, North Beach, Leddy, Lake Iroquois and Mallet's Bay.  Part relaxation and socialization and part adventure.  Prepare to get wet!!

     

    7/13/20 – 7/17/20 Intermediate Hike Week - (Currently in grades 4 and up)

    We'll step things up a bit (pun intended) and hit some bigger peaks.  Lace up your hiking boots!  Trekkers will tackle Mt Philo, Stewrling Pond, Hunger Mountain, Snake Mountain and ..... Camel's Hump!!

     

    7/20/20 – 7/24/20 State Parks  (Currently in grades 4 and up)

    Campers will check out some old favorites as well as some exciting parks that we have yet to experience.  Knight Point, Branbury Beach, Waterbury Reservoir, Silver Lake and Sandbar.

     

    7/27/20 – 7/31/20 River Week  (Currently in grades 4 and up)

    Swimming and floating all week!  We'll check out Jeffersonville Falls, Ausable Chasm, Audubon and go on a tubing adventure

     

    8/3/20 – 8/7/20 Mountain Resort Week  (Currently in grades 4 and up)

    Campers will travel to some of the most popular mountain resorts in VT including Killington, Jay Peak, and Smuggs.

    Your space ship is about to blast off!  Campers will be immersed in a galactic experience for this short week.  We'll swim at Lake Iroquois and experience an indoor planetarium.

     

    6/22/20 – 6/26/20 Animal Adventures (Currently in grades K and 1)

    Whoo whoo is out there in those hills and woods? Spend a week getting to know more about our animal neighbors. Farms, forests, lakes and homes. We’ll travel to Shelburne Farms, ECHO, go on a llama trek visit the Birds of VT museum, plus time to get in the water with our aquatic friends.

     

    6/29/20 - 7/2/20 (Closed July 3) Into The Woods (Currently in grades K and 1) $210/$200 sib

    We are headed into the woods to find cozy sites to spend our days hiking, building teepees, fairy houses, forts, nests and enjoying the gifts that nature provides. We’ll help build camper’s skills in First Aid hiking safety and camp craft.  Trips to include Knight Point, Audubon, Common Ground Center and Mt Philo.  We’ll make the most of this shorter week!

     

    7/6/20 – 7/10/20 Grow, Cook, Eat (Currently in grades K and 1)

    Join in on a week of local food and adventure. Pizza party, garden and restaurant tours, let’s find out how to grow it, cook it and eat it!  Trips to include SB community garden, Waterbury Reservoir, Ben and Jerry's , Charlotte Berry Farm, and a Burlington Food Tour.

     

    7/13/20 – 7/17/20 On the Beach (Currently in grades K and 1)

    What could be better than a week of relaxing and enjoying our beautiful local beaches? Swim and enjoy the views on both sides of Lake Champlain. Bring your swimming gear and sunglasses and we’ll provide the rest! Rainy days? No worries, indoor beach day or a trip to an indoor pool!  Trips to include Elmore, Knight Point, Waterbury Reservoir, Ferry to NY Beach and Alburg Dunes.

     

    7/20/20 – 7/24/20 Explore Vermont! (Currently in grades K and 1)

    Join us to do some Vermont investigating. This week includes 5 full day adventures to some special Vermont sites rich in history and geology. Let’s deepen our knowledge and love for our home in the Green Mountains.  Trips to include the Maritime Museum, Shelburne Museum, Rock of Ages, Smugglers' Notch and Sand Bar Beach.

     

    7/27/20 – 7/31/20 We like to Move it, Move it! (Currently in grades K and 1)

    This is not your traditional sports week, we’ll be hiking, swimming, climbing, sailing all over Northern VT. Join us and stretch all your muscles as we spend the week stretching our limits and MOVING IT!  Trips to include Maple Street Park, Snake Mountain, Oakledge, UVM Ropes Course, Jay Peak and Red Rocks.

     

    8/3/20 – 8/7/20 Everything Art (Currently in grades K and 1)

    Calling all artists! This week is about making and enjoying art. We’ll be busy expressing our creative selves, inside and outside. Join us to visit some of Vermont’s art museums, and do some swimming and dipping as well.  Trips to include Mahaney Museum, Shelburne Museum, and Helen Day Museum.
