Since 2008, the South Burlington School District's Mindfulness Program has been building skills in students and educators to help regulate emotions, reduce stress, and nurture inner lives. The work is making a difference in the lives of our students, families, and educators.

Two 2019-2020 opportunities for school staff are (1) Mindfulness for K-12 Educators and (2) Advanced Mindfulness for K-12 Educators. Both are courses in partnership with St. Michael's College. Please see both flyers below:

On March 25, 2017, students and instructors from the Mindfulness for Educators class joined the Mindfulness South Burlington Committee and school leaders to celebrate those who have played integral roles in the South Burlington School District over the program's almost 10-year history.
